Refund policy

If for some reason you are unhappy with your jewelry, I am happy to exchange the piece or return for credit within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Custom Orders cannot be returned.

If your piece arrives damaged, please respond within 10 days of receiving the damaged item by photographing the damaged area to Daedaljewelry@gmail.com. I will do my best to resolve this issue for you.
